Maybe it's because I'm a man but this disgusts me almost as much as "basic bitch/basic bro" talk.
I understand women liking amateur stuff (good taste honestly), daring stuff, and women POVs, but when they like things involving female pain, I get alarm bells. Especially when many women loudly say that no, they do not like masochism. I really gotta wonder who's telling the lie here, the numbers on the bot or the people online (who often are not the average women).
I don't mean real pain or torture like in this movie, mind you. Of course that has limits. But women often enjoy being dominated waaay too much and pretty much every woman who isn't lesbian or FtM (or closeted) enjoys masochism to one extent or another. It's imbued by biology. But it makes no sense to me! How can your self-preservation die like that? How can your instincts fail you? And as the gender that carries the baby and breastfeeds them, how can this be a genetic pattern you favoured as a gender?
Logic goes out the window here. It's all emotions and emotions are dangerous shit in this case. Not that men are allowed to have any or use emotional thinking according to gender roles.
