So basically the black guy is refusing to put a mask on, in the bus. The woman points it out to him, he responds aggressively, she insults him (because he has to wear one), he insults her, and she attacks him. He slaps her (we struggle to see it in the video, but it's a good slap).

Then he goes out. The foid sues him, goes to the doctor because she has a hematoma, and the police find the guy, he will be judged in september and will probably go for a month or two in jail, maybe more since he's been in trouble with the law before.

What is important here is that she has been to her doctor and he gave her a 6 days total incapacity. French law relies heavily on that.

It's very provoking that people can attack you and commit crimes against you without punishment while you would be penalised for using legal self defense against someone who deserves to die.

The Swedish law states that you may use non-lethal self defense if someone commits a break in, a robbery or attacks you physically. If they use violence after that, you can kill them. This law is not upheld.

An acquaintance of my father had a break in. He hurt the burglar non-fatally. The house owner was punished by the law and the burglar was not penalised, not would he have been penalised if violence had not been used against him. I live in a Muslim majority town in which people get shot all the time. A civilian Swedish woman with a kid was shot to death next to my local kebab shop at 10 AM, not even 100 m from my apartment.
