944.16  Adultery. Whoever does either of the following is guilty of a Class I felony:
(1) A married person who has sexual intercourse with a person not the married person's spouse; or
(2) A person who has sexual intercourse with a person who is married to another.

Based.

Should be a federal law tbh.

almost as good as sharia

Felony? Should be a death sentence

That's fantastic. That means they're less cucked than most other states.

Are these laws enforced?

The punishment for adultery should be what it was in Ancient Greece: having a sharp radish shoved up your ass.

Based and redpilled. Fidelity is one of the few if not only traditional virtue or institution that is still respected, but eventually the modernists will "rationalize" it and find it meaningless and it'll disappear like everything else that was good.

Why bother about it if you're not even getting a foid?
