As far as I know, there isn’t. I’ve tried SSRIs and they made me feel 100 times worse.

Alcohol is the worst. It destroys you mentally, physically, and financially. Slowly. At least other hard drugs do it quick.

With alcohol, your depression and anxiety worsens and you take more alcohol to treat it which leads to a death spiral.
