I discovered I have a insanely fast metabolism.

There was weeks where I eaten 35000 more calories which means I should had gained 10 pounds, but to my surprise ive only gained 6 lbs.

Which means I've at least undercalculated by about 15000kcal.

Few days ago I was 134.2lbs and yesterday I was 133.2lbs. These can't be water weight cause my procedure is to sweat a lot, drink nothing, shit out any food, drop any clothing I have and measure weight.

I just eat junk food all day and 2000kcal more or less daily, which by logic should gain me weight, but nope, I'm dropping pounds and pounds

Can't wait to be skinny

Idk man, tons of incels are obsessed with gymcelling and weight. Anyway I'm pretty meh about gymcelling. No motivation for that stuff nor I have the equipment for it

same I'm 175 cm and 57kg after eating whole week I only gain 1.5 kg JFL currently leanmaxxing so I don't care that much tbh ngl

I have an extremely slow metabolism and get fat after eating normally. I also cant put on muscle.

Mine’s pretty good but I occasionally fast as well.
 
I gain noticeable weight (visible fat) in 3 days of eating 500kcal over maintenance. If I went 35k kcal over in a week I'd gain 10lbs like I should and even more because of water bloat.
 
I don't understand, what kind of a diet is it to drink nothing and eat junk food all day? That's obviously not healthy.
Also if you are 175cmx60kg you are pretty skinny already so wtf is that "can't wait to be skinny"?

Yes. I find it near enough impossible to gain weight. I'm very lucky in this regard.

When I was younger I had to eat like 3300 calories to gain weight. Now I'm 29 my metabolism has dropped to only needing like 2400 to gain.

132lbs at 5'9" is normal, especially if you have a small to medium frame and not a lot of muscle. What's important is being around 12% body fat. Many of us need to be at really low weights to achieve such low body fat.
I'm 182cm (just under 6ft) and weigh 178lbs. I'm fat and I will definitely have to drop to 150lbs to get to 12% bf.

I can understand. You can still get definition and form you want at normal weight, just have to gymcel a lot. Can be very hard
