Looked at this stuff and vast majority of it was directed at couples, however when I contacted him, he said that its alright if I want to seek help this way. Cant really anticipate what he´ll tell me to do, cant really do any of the "homework" excercises without a partner, thought about this surrogate thing, like a practice gf, but its fucking rare and much too expensive, unsuprisingly.

Meant trying more in the vein of actually heeding the advice I hear from other people and trying to put it into practice. Looksmaxxing can help if youre chad enough, didnt do anything for me, maybe seeing a specialised therapist is the thing though, at least its treated like something that could be it, kind of the last thing I can think of actually that I havent tried so far.

Youre not wrong about this, was my impression so far as well, one of my therapists began talking about the soul and how you have to take care of it and another one wanted me to convert to catholicism, seemed like they were much more mental than me actually to believe in higher powers and metaphysics and such.
However I hope that this guy will be a bit different, has to work with rape victims and such after all, cant just tell them to walk/meditate it off, also probably has foids that have been raped as children as his patients, so he is actually held accountable for his abilities to solve real mental issues since its about precious foids.

Also there are other things sexual that need discussing, wrote it somewhere here already but I dont fap and for that reason also never really coomed in my life, sexual frustration is driving me insane on some days. Its not really out of choice though, have a strong aversion to touching myself sexually, have literally fainted when it was time for dick talk in public or any imagery related to dicks came up and I had to engage in some sort or had to project it on myself otherwise.

Maybe this is what makes me incel and this guy might be able to help me, tried everything else, didnt work, really, really hope that Im just an extreme case of mentalcel after all and some psychiatric mumbo jumbo might fix that issue so my life gets at least a bit more normal, there are things that are done for trauma victims after all and even though I fortunately don´t cont myself among them symptoms seem to be similiar.
