Didn't you say earlier you are of sicilian ancestry? Just make a vinaigrette of olive oil, 50% lemon juice + 50% vinegar, salt and dried salad herbs. The longer you let it sit in the fridge and stir, the better it gets. Lol

Just boil it and put lome lemon juice on. Squeze the lemon, i mean.

I just boil it alone and after its done, (before eating) i put lemon juice on it. Tastes really nice. You can eat pickles with it also.
You can add other shit too while boiling but i like it plain.
I have made that before. I use vinegar to make posca as well.

i havent made it but sauerkraut, cole slaw, cooked in water and even uncooked
add cream and pieces of bacon
If you can follow a recipe, google unstuffed cabbage rolls.
