I am thinking about doing some exercise for once, although it won't make any difference with relationships (tried over a decade now none-stop) I was wondering if it might give me more energy in the long term.

i too could stand to be able to stand.

Don't mind me if i watch this tread...

i got a bit better at my hobby i guess? thats about it.

Not really, im too depressed. I would always have to think about how my life is over and i still have to cope for over 50 years

Definitely get in shape man. There's no better feeling.

Been Gymcell since 17. In my experience, even if you are ugly people will respect you if you are jacked. Plus you can get away with being a dick more often.

Not really tbh

Yes, gym really changes some things if you are persistent. I've been going to the gym since July 2018 and it really helped in some way. Having a nice body really lowers your depression levels. Unfortunately I can't go now because of all this shit, but I'll certainly return after this is over

I drink more coffee and supplement magnesium

Started injecting test and got a better job.

I am a full time postmaxxer and ID bumper
