I want you guys to pay attention to this if it isnt already obivous to you.
On the internet, where your gender is not obivous, women always feel the need to state that they are women FIRST before making any further points.
They know it adds tremendous weigh to their argument.

They dont seem to understand how obivous this is either since female self awareness is basically an oxymoron.

So, just keep an eye out online, in YT comments or quite frankly everywhere, you always see this

"as a mother"
"as a wife"
"as a woman"
"I am a woman"
etc...

Sometime they are a bit more "subtle" with it and imply that they have kids or frequent sex ("we broke the bed last night teehee, gotta make kids teehee").

Regardless, they do it everytime.
Remember, in the past people would relentlessly fucking attack them for doing this online aka "tits or get the fuck out"
Now they get an army of simps replying to them.

I felt like as a guy, I was not taken seriously. I had experienced harassment as a female person at another university and they had reacted immediately, sending a police escort with me to and from campus. I felt like if I had still been in my old body I would have gotten a lot more support.

Yeah, a substitute teacher, but next year I'll probably have my place. One of my copes is that I believe I'm doing activism, because, as you most probably already know, there are studies showing female teachers have a negative bias against male students, so I'm saving my boyos' asses in an academic sense.

I teach in two year college... or maybe this is an incorrect translation form Spanish, dunno how it's called, maybe just job training. I teach about biomedical stuff (I'm the one who teaches medical staff to do PCRs for the virus and things like that). Good thing about it is that half of my students are older than me, so it isn't as bad as teaching things to kiddos. The problem is interacting with the coworkers, as I said.

The grading system felt completely arbitrary.

Then she called up a girl who said exactely the same thing and she praised her for it and went far and beyond, even asking her if she was doing extra-curricular work etc...

In my school there were rivalries between different groups of teachers. The language teachers got shat on by the biology/chemistry teachers for example.

No shit. For real? The ways I've seen the female teacher bias has been mainly through final marks. They slightly lower male marks, and slightly increase female marks. There's no much difference ngl, but there's a difference nonetheless.

My lessons are mine and no one else's, but we do department meetings to address issues pertaining certain groups/alumni. When we discuss the issues about males, it's not like they treat them like they just don't like them (even if they do), but like they were slightly retarded or something like that. Doesn't happen too frequently, tho. Sometimes they recognize the good ones, and trust me, a third of the times they are nerds, so, in practice, it isn't THAT much about looks when evaluating them. During lessons I don't know how my coworkers behave, tho.

But that's it: the meetings and the time between classes. Now even less because in the teachers' room there is a limited capacity due to the virus, so we don't interact as much anymore (thanks heavens).
