I'm back with another book recommendation, this one isn't incel-related so I'll put it here in off-topic. This is by far the best book I have read this year and one of the few genuinely good and possibly influential books to come out of this decade. The book is titled Bronze Age Mindset written by an anonymous author who goes by the nickname Bronze Age Pervert. BAP, as he is often called online, had been a sort of shitposting e-celeb online for a few years now and his fame reached a level where he decided to write his own book which became one of the top-selling books on Amazon for a while. He recently gained even more fame after it was revealed that high-level politicians in the Trump administration had read the book in a review of the book written by a former security advisor of the Trump administration, partly because of the influence it's supposedly having on the younger part of the new right.
BAP sometimes intentionally writes grammatically incorrect sentences, this may be off-putting at first but he does this both for comedic effect and to avoid the attention of stuck-up intellectuals.

Now, to start with, the book is a mix of all kind of things so it's hard for me to do it justice but I'll attempt to give it a description anyway. Essentially, Bronze Age Mindset is a right-wing, philosophical manifesto and at the same time, a sort of self-help book. In style and content, it could be described as a mix of the works of Evola, Kaczynski, Nietzsche and Mishima. Nietzsche and Schopenhauer are actually mentioned in the book as major inspirations for the author's own worldview. It is similar to Kaczynski's manifesto in that it rejects modern, post-industrial life and advocates a return to a society where men can fulfill their desire for achieving certain goals and having a land of our own. The author is also similar to Evola in that he believes that there isn't really a political solution to the problems described and that the only thing to do for those who realize the decay of the modern world is to simply improve themselves and live as good as a life as possible while waiting for the inevitable collapse. The author also stongly rejects the notion of equality and believes that there exists a natural hierarchy among people, like Evola also did.

The bronze age was the age of various Indo-Aryan invasions. The Indo-Aryans were a patriarchal, warlike people who stood in stark contrast to the collectivist, matriarchal neolithic farmer-betas of pre-Aryan Europe. In a manner similar to Evola's writing, the author attempts to give this feeling that the various warlike, honour-based cultures of history such as that of the Spartans or the Samurai were all moved by a similar, powerful spirit that is inside all men. And that we as men are split between this spirit that desires conquest and glory and a spirit that desires a simple, meek lifestyle. The book is filled with various examples of strong, honourable men such as European colonists and Greek heroes, whose stories are meant to convey this spirit that BAP talks about.

BAP rejects the Darwinian notion that all of life is moved by two desires: the desire for reproduction and the desire for survival. Rather, he believes that noble animals are moved by a struggle for owned space. Owned space essentially being a territory of your own. He believes that we currently live in a society that is structured so that most men will never have the ability to acquire such a space for themselves and will therefore degenerate into effeminate soyboys as they have no outlet for the masculine part of their soul.

Modern world not bad just because modern; and it is better than some ages in
the past. Many parts of past were as bad, or worse, than our situation, and for the
same reasons. The modern is “nothing new”: it is the return of a very ancient
subjection and brokenness under new branding, promoted by new concepts and
justifications. If you want to see our future look to Europe as it existed before
1600 BC, or much of the world as it was until recently and still is….the
communal life of the longhouse with its young men dominated and broken by
the old and sclerotic, by the matriarchs, the blob and yeast mode in human life
overtaking and subjecting all higher aspiration. Aztec “cities” with twenty
morons sleeping and eating off the floor, demagogued in the masses by blood-
hungry priests with dead eyes. It is no different if they use the doxies of Reason
and Logos to cart us off to this life.

BAP believes that we have returned to the "longhouse" culture of neolithic Europe; that is, a matriarchal, hyper-collectivist wageslave dystopia where no one has a space or belongings of their own. Essentially, a version of communism. He sees China as the ultimate representative of the longhouse/bugman culture; a culture in which all men are mentally broken, easily replaceable worker-units with no individuality to speak of.

People at all times try to domesticate each other. Language is used to clobber
and deceive others into submission and domestication. Ideas and arguments and
stories are manufactured for the same. The modern world is no different in this
regard from any wretched tribal society. I'm sure that Europe prior to the Bronze
Age, before the coming of the Aryans, was similar to modern Europe. People
lived in communal longhouses and were likely browbeaten and ruled by obese
mammies who instilled in them socialism and feminism.
Most of those so-called males of the longhouse age were probably similar to
the modern leftist "herb" who doesn't lift. Which is why those societies were so
easily conquered.
The left realizes they look weak and lame—because they are. They know
they have nothing to offer youth but submission and lectures. They know they're
unsexy and staid. If indeed young leftist men will start lifting and worshiping
beauty, they will be forced to leave the left.
The bugman pretends to be motivated by compassion, but is instead
motivated by a titanic hatred of the well-turned-out and beautiful. The bugman
seeks to bury beauty under a morass of ubiquitous ugliness and garbage. So
much of the Pacific and the pristine oceans are now full of garbage and plastic.
This garbage is flowing out of cities built on piles of unimaginable filth.
The waters are polluted with birth control pills and mind-bending drugs emitted by
obese high-fructose-corn-syrup-guzzling beasts. Then of course there is the
ugliness of the people. And it's only getting uglier with the crowded, unhygienic
new cities of our age, populated by hordes of dwarf-like zombies that are
imported for slave labor and political agitation from the fly-swept latrines of the
world.

I believe in the right of nature. I'm bored by ideology and by wordchopping.
The images I post speak for themselves and point to a primal order that is felt by
all, in a physical sense.

BAP, like Nietzsche and Mishima, believes strongly in the idea of "Mens sana in corpore sano " and strongly encourages everyone to eat healthy and lift. I believe @LastGerman may enjoy reading this book for this reason.

Bronze Age Mindset is a very short book (126 pages) and is split into various easily-readable segments so I definitely think that everyone should try to give it a chance. BAP also has a podcast in which he discusses politics, history and art in case you are interested:

I'll close off the thread with a quote of his on feminism:
Giving “freedom” to women—an impossibility. With the liberation of
women in the 19 th century, the West has given itself an infection from which it
can’t recover without the most terrible convulsions and the most thorough
purgative measures. What the “freedom” of women means in practice is the
domination of mankind by the demagogues who can rally the lower orders of the
spirit. Because there is no world in which “the women” can act as a political
unit. Liberation of women means freedom and power for financiers, lawyers,
purveyors of comforts in and outside government, employers who whore out
your wife and daughters. It has been the greatest weakening and self-own a
civilization has ever visited on itself. But in the end is this so different from
democracy as such? Yes…because the “liberation” of women makes democracy
into a terminal disease…one that doesn’t just end a particular government, but
the civilization.

Yeah, you need to have some knowledge of the parts of history he talks about to get all the references. But I think most parts of the book can have value, even if you don't know anything about Greek mythology or certain historical events he describes.

Many people will look down on that ''caveman mindset''. But in the end this mindset is necessary in order to maintain yourself. Eating good and enhance your body is legit.

Down syndrome IQ. I put the "(long)" disclaimer up for a reason. I'm fucking sick of low-attention span faggots like you shitting on people who try to make interesting threads.

Yeah, I get that. There's no point forcing yourself if you didn't think it was that interesting, I guess. I generally have an easier time reading physical copies of books but if I'm reading a book on my PC then I have a hard time finishing them as well.

I hope you'll read the book. I just felt that it was similar to the mindset that you described in some of your posts.
