Obviously, we have low motivation, because there is nothing to motivate us. People aren't loving and supporting us, we're bullied and neglected, left to rot. Chad, meanwhile, has so much support and validation that he keeps going. People will say "Chad worked hard, incels didn't" but the thing is "willpower" is a myth. At IncelTears, BrazilianSigma is constantly getting dopamine rushes from his reddit karma farming. This motivates him to keep pushing hard, constantly browsing our forums for screenshots. If it weren't for all the upvotes and karma brazilian sigma gets, he would likely not be spending 24/7 trying to get screenshots. The same works for Incels vs. Normies/Chads. The more validation and love you get, the more motivated you are. That's probably part of the reason why the average height of fortune 500 companies is 6'2, because manlets are treated like shit in day to day life and taller guys are given more admiration and respect.
