Can anybody who is at least NT describe a normal person's life to me? I've been so isolated I have no point of reference for what's normal.

This is a huge problem for me. Since I have an avoidant personality and I'm very introverted and I like being on my own, I literally have had very little contact with other people.

I don't really know what normal is. Sure, I'm skeptical of everything so I'm not naive and I don't believe everything that's on the internet or tv or whatnot. But, by being so isolated, I don't truly know what normal people think, feel and do.

I know you'll be tempted to write something derogatory about normies, but I think it's very detrimental to me to be so odd, so far off from the standard human experience.

Its like asking someone how they breathe. They could explain "manual breathing" but they're not manually breathing 99.99% of the time, they only manually breathe when they're made away of manually breathing, like the person who is reading me talk about manually breathing is probably manually breathing right now.

PUA and NT/Chads giving advice to an Autist/Incel is like trying to teach someone how to manually breathe, you can do that, but 99.99% of the time thats not what they NT/Chad is doing, 99.99% of the time the NT/Chad is just existing and automatically living, they sell you the 00.01% of the manual stuff which is why it fails if you try apply it to yourself, because you dont have the ability to be 99.99% automatically normal.

I have not been diagnosed with anything but never really visited a psychologist so judging from the fact that I browse this forum I might have some shit but don't really know (and not really care, I am beyond saving)
Still I am not fully out of touch with reality(yet) so this is what I observe at Uni:
Spend some time taking classes or self-study
Maybe a few hours of part-time work for a supplementary income
Check your instagram, facebook, twitter and other social media account
Check group messages in your phone
Make occasional banter with your friends (either face to face or through phone)
Make small talk with colleagues
Eat, piss, have a bath etc. biological needs
Listen to some music, watch some stuff at netflix etc. How normies kill their free time instead of browsing incel forums
Go participate in a club activity (sport, dance, games, theater, etc.)
Spend some time with your SO (walk together, play sth, go to a movie, maybe fuck I dunno)
Sleep
This is the daily life of an average collage aged person.
Normies don' t have it super good like Chads but it is still preferable to rotting alive as an incel
I try not to lose touch with what little normalcy my life has but looks like I am not gonna pull it
