You'd probably need a car, some Equipment and an escape method. You'd need hours and hours of planning too.
Why not call an ambulance and be in a country with single payer healthcare?

Yeah but emergency rooms around here don’t do shit unless you’re literally about to die. They just make you sit in an empty waiting room for an hour, then a foid doctor looks at you for 30 seconds and refers you to a specialist.
