Anyone who cheats on their husband or wife should be sentenced to death penalty, and not just the ones we have on the west like the injection or the chair, they should be stoned like in Muslim countries. But to be fair I think this should be applied only to married couples. In non married couples cheaters should be sentenced to 6 months to prison or more depending of the extent of the infidelity.
