Why are you making this about specifics in life and not about what you were saying about multiculturalism? It does make guys life harder. There's not much that can be done but I disagree with your assessment that things would be as bad in a society that isn't multicultural.
I have lived in places where there were little to none racial mixup and it was the same, in white ones there was less violence but in terms of sexual market it was the same.
