Self improvement is a multibillion dollar industry, and it appears in countless different forms. Gym, diet, plastic surgery, PUA (lol), and so on. Men seem to have this characteristic of believing results are just around the corner, that life is like an RPG game where you perform a certain number of tasks and will end up with the result they want. You even see it here with supposedly blackpilled people unironically talking about "ascension" JFL.

It's why the blackpill will never go mainstream. Can't sell a product off the back of "it's over, your genetics determine your life".
