Women do occasionally choose non-chads as partners due to chad scarcity. Even though chad cheats, it's not like he fucks 100% of the women willing to fuck him 100% of the time they want to be fucked. Yeah every Betty/Becky wil lget some Chad time, but she will have her Chad-dry spells too.

He builds standards of one sort or another to weed them out: women have to compete with each other for chad's time by being servile/cute and stuff like that, and some foids might not be willing to do that for certain tiers of chadlites, perhaps only gigachad, who can be even choosier.
