Serious Do you read lying on a bed or read while sitting down?

For me it's almost impossible to read while sitting down.
My back hurts and I start to fall asleep no matter if it is 8 am or 8 pm.

I usually read PDFs I download onto my compute but with physical books I put the book onto the ground near the base of the bed and I lay so my body (with my head) overhangs and I can see the book while still being on my stomach
