If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's the Japanese proverb of three faces.
The first face you show to the public.
The second face you show to friends and family.
The third face you show to nobody, and the third face is your true face.
I am paranoid that my third face will be exposed one day, which will lead to severe public humiliation.
I deeply celebrate traditional values, but I have ZERO self-discipline to follow them. My third face is very impulsive, lazy, and degenerate. I watch porn, stay up until 5 AM, eat like shit, never exercise (unless my very specific and autistic requirements are met, i.e. a home gym with a mirror and good lighting, which I currently don't have), do nothing productive unless I'm forced to etc.
I'm not always like this. Every once in a while, I get a massive motivation spike. I keep my room pristine, I run, I cycle, I lift, I eat healthy, I pick up a hobby, and all the good shit for 3-6 weeks until I don't feel like doing it anymore and revert to my old habits for another 6-12 months. I don't know why the fuck I am like this.
Tl;dr I hate myself for being lazy and a hypocrite.
