Well, under Hitler I bet we would not be living in ghettos alongside super rich white people, so my life would be better because I would not be some alien outcast that has no chances socially thanks to the geography and demographics of my area. I don't think he had any designs for regions outside of Europe. If you read "Hitler's Table Talks", and assuming this book is genuine, it seems that he didn't care much for non-Europeans and would have just left them to their own devices while not intervening to bring healthcare and medicine to prevent a population boom. There was also this part where he said warning signs shouldn't be placed in Eastern Europe near railways because it doesn't matter if one or two Ukrainian peasant gets hit by a train
