What the fuck is this fucking shit. I just did 10 reps of bench press with dumbbells and when I put them down I got such a massive headache that I had to lie down on the floor and started screaming out of pain.
They weren't even heavy. 18.5kgs/ 40lbs in each hand. I read that this happens when you push yourself too much but I had no problem doing it and I could lift more easily and yet I thought my head was going to pop.

It really is a waste of time, staying fit I get, but putting on excess pounds of muscle your body can't naturally maintain you so have to train weekly and supplement, is just a sick joke, you are literally torturing your body for no reason, we don't fight wars with swords and shields anymore, all that strength is useless

Not to mention guys just lose their gains easily after a month or just get bloated by still bulking but not exercising as much and walk around like they're still muscular.

Strength gains from gymcelling are longer lasting but they aren't that clear just from looking at someone so even that isn't much of a plus imo.

It’s not about being strong, it’s about looking like you’re strong. Having muscle is a dimorphic trait in men since we naturally have more muscle and have a much easier time putting it on than women. I’m just trying to make myself look more dimorphic by building a better body. Foids do the same thing by working out their ass and thighs since that’s what’s attractive in foids.

You can say what you want about how little gymcelling does compared to face/ height/ frame but you’re always going to look better muscular than you would being a twig or a fatass.

When I am now out of shape, pot belly, and paid for sex, I can now easily talk to women with no awkwardness and socialize better, and it doesn't feel like a chore

Simply paying to sex, yielded MORE PEACE OF MIND for me than I ever did with all my years of exercising

I do plan on getting fit again, but that's YEARS from now, wealthmaxxing comes first

Most people that age aren't millionaires. I'm about to start college. I have a part-time job so i'll be making about a hundred euro each week. I live with my parents so that money is all mine.That's more than I need to be able to go out to bars and clubs, buy alcohol and escortcell occasionally.
Why the fuck would I need more than that? The real money should start coming in after college. Right now I don't have a house. I don't have a family to provide for. My plan for college is to find a group of people to be able to go out and get drunk with on weekends. Is it a realistic plan for an incel? Maybe not. Is it more realistic than "wealthmaxxing" as a middle-class college student? Definitely.
