Why am I posting this? Is it cope? Yes and no.

Im posting this because ive seen so many fat guys that could be chads if they werent such lazy fucks to fucking lose weight.
Today ive seen a gigachad face on a fat mans body, that was the breaking point for me.

Cardio on an empty stomach is one of the best ways to lose fat imo
30 mins of jogging is enough for a day and if you work out with weights afterwards and diet properly, you can lose 1 kilo each week easily if not more
