The only way to bypass this is by being a very smart autist or by practicing A LOT and getting lucky. The job market is more tailor made for Chads and normie extroverts than ever. It's based on who you know for connections, looks and how well you talk during 2-3 interviews: Phone interview + 2 interviews if it's through a job agency. You can bypass this by having a STEM degree and being very smart, or a CS degree and doing very well on programming tests (by being very smart). But even if you're smart, CS jobs often require people skills anyway. "TEAM PLAYERS xDDD"
