Theres a saying.... Birds of a feather flock together. They want to look like they are at the top of the hierarchy in terms of attractiveness by associating with other attractive people.

Yeah, it's quite simple.
Good looks attract good looks, basically like in JoJo where stand users attract other stand users.
That's why a foid that looks very good has other good looking friends and Chad has other good looking friends.
Good looks = high status
I have a chadlite in class who is almost a full on Chad that came to us this year. He was a brand new (good looking) face.
Not even 1 week and he already found himself with the good looking guys and foid group and got a party invite for just looking good.
He also asserted some form of dominance then that he already spread so that hes a respected guy there.
Good looks = high status = high money
Looks literally dictate your life and if you look good, you've won

It's tribalism ... it likely evolved into human dna to stick with "your kind" if you know what's good for you survival wise. If you live in a major city, you know there's certain parts you stay out of, because you're not "one of them".
