I have to spend $400 monthly just to hit 120 grams protein daily for those 30 days. Being gymcel is turbo expensive, especially when your taste is fucked, I literally spit out and vomit if I take protein powder, even with smoothies, the bad taste is there, I have tried all types of protein powder brands and they are all SHIT. So now have to spend almost $400 to hit my protein goals. Just lol at this life. If I wanted to steroid max to, it would be another $300 monthly.

You can easily and cheaply hit 140g a day just by cooking chicken breast and ground beef and meal prepping.

I am too lazy to eat food. I hate chewing and I eat out almost daily. My total food expenses easily over $1000($400 protein/supplements +$600 eating out ($20*30))monthly. It's too brutal.

That is entirely on you then, man. You absolutely do not need to be wasting $400 a MONTH on useless supplements, nor do you need to be eating out every day.

I don't eat like shit. I avoid sugary/McDonald's type shit. I eat chipotle/Qdoba/fine dining. And hit the gym brutally. But since I am lazy to cook at home, my food costs are sky high.
 
I would rather just eat fatty beef and chicken and pork. Also shrimp and salmon is good too

Fair enough.
All I'll say is it takes literally less than 30 minutes to cook enough chicken & rice for an entire week. You could potentially save thousands a year for just 30 minutes one day out of the week.
 
I was about to say just eat some chicken but you say youre too lazy and @Joker has already pointed this out.

With just a few chicken breasts you could get enough protein and it takes maybe 10 mins to cook and maybe 10 mins to eat. Not sure how you are too lazy for that considering you probably spend more than that much time just ordering, unboxing, and unwrapping your protein bars

Doesn't quite make sense to me bro. I need to hit 180g a day, while keeping my calories below 1700, and I find this to be cheaper than living like a normie. I never eat out, unless it's to buy a ready roasted chicken, and I get 80g if my protein from regular food, which isn't too hard, and the remaining 100g from isolates and maybe a very low carb bar (this will have maximum 20g per bar).

You need to just forget about taste for a bit, and you will be able to keep your protein supps below $200.

On another note can't you just moneymaxx and statusmaxx, as you seem rich.

You can just eat thuna. Thuna you can even put into a blender and just drink. Or Skyr with oats another life hack. Overall it’s possible to keep your food bill betwee 200-300 bucks as gymcell. Eggs are ofc also great and just as Easy to eat as protein bars.

yeah I live in riceland sadly, but only eat grassfed meat and wild caught fish, which is all imported and expensive. I di eat a lot of tuna for sure, in particular there is a Italian and an Australian brand I like, but not the walmart/Costco prices you mentioned lol.
point was it is doable, and not too pricey, to get most of your macros from food, which you are also saying, is just you can luckily do it cheaper than I can haha

where do you live?
Usually its easy in ricecountries to get your hands on high quality chicken meat from local subsistence farmers.

I find it hard to believe that there isn't a single protein powder brand/flavour you can't drink without being completely repulsed, just find the least shittiest tasting one and get used to drinking it.

You are right, when I lived in Thailand I could get a whole organically raised chicken, cleaned and butchered for 180 baht, albeitba long time ago , and that was an expensive one!!
Sadly in a lot of Asia modern methods have caught up so the quality is not good, so you need to go pretty far to find those basic farmers.
Irrelevant for me right now as I'm in Hong Kong, so the cheapest meat I am going to get is from China, and I won't touch that, far rather pay 7x more for Aussie or French or Danish meat.

i can cook, as i ahve posted cookcel threads before but i have gotten turbo lazy over time. I will probably get my act together in few more months when i start cutting instead of bulking

I have tried all types of shit. Gymcelling is only good for Chads and people with good genetics. a person with shit genes like mine can't do this no more. I have spent thousands of dollars on all types of shit and diets. all a waste.
