here I am as I am doing my Snatch grip rack pulls at the knee, working up to a top set of 700 pounds, my straps are on, chalk is applied and doing it beltless. But through the work out I was wondering what's the point. I hate my life, why am I punishing my self in the gym, yes I love and it's  a ingrained habit. But I am so depressed that's it doesn't matter. I don't have anybody to show of my physique or gains, it's  just me. I'm a NEET loser why do I have to be jacked.?

After my snatch grip deadlift set, I moved on to high bar squats. I was literally crying, nothing matters I hate my existence. This has never happen to me before, I'm usually pumped and music is blasting. Music wasn't getting me hyped like it use to. I see high tier Normies and chadlites working out with their girlfriends while I'm punishing my self on my 9th set of front/back squats, they are casually doing random shit,  They get to go home and fuck while I go walking home in the freezing snow and icing my banged up lower back at home when I reached there.

When I look back at all my times I gymcelled through the past year, I have made amazing strength and size gains, also mental toughness gains, but at the same time it won't matter, why because I'm a loser, i hope this is a temporary phase. Maybe I need a break from gymcelling, I have been programming hard for a year straight.


I don't what to do I'm just going to push through this, when you don't like existence, when don't like yourself and life, when you don't have any friends and live in social isolation, what's point of anything?

I'm a low status huge gymcel gorilla ogre, that wears his boots,gymbag,hoodie,touque while I walk in the snow to the gym, you know why because I'm a loser with no car or licences. No girl will ever desire me. Why should they desire a low status nigger.

I think it's best I leave the west tbh, I'm strongly considering to go live in dads home country, even tho I don't know the language and won't fit in, but I hope to find a poor beautiful girl, there is a bunch and they are will to marry me because of my Canadian passport

Squats was just the secondary movement i used less weight and but higher volume of reps and sets

Worst thing you could with an injury is stop moving. You always gotta move be it, i.e. walking. I've learnt it the hard-way sustaining a new injury from squats, last year... Step-ups and being on stationary help alleviate some of that pain.

Be sure to do some planks to strengthen your core and back man. Back injuries could sometimes heal fast or slow (almost messed mine up last year), but you gotta keep moving imo.

Come on. You are not the only one. This some pure suifuel right now. Your life will get infinitely worse when you stop lifting and doing all the right stuff like eating right and resting. After you stop gymcelling you will see your gains going away. You will feel weak and more disgusting than ever. If you stop, you will go to drugs and/or LDARing all day or you will suicide. It's a heavy fucking blackpill man. But your life will be way way worse if you stop training physically. Maybe stop lifitng and strat training martial arts.

I won't stop, I'm too addicted to the iron, but this is the first time I felt like this, I just hate seeing other people at the gym tbh

Yea I do a lot hill walking on the treadmill and prehab and rehabilitation exercises for the lower back, it has got better but not 100% I would say I'm at 75% which is not great

oh for sure, when i use to work at walmart ive gotten so many IOIs but was too fucked in the head too do anything about, they talked to me but i for some reason couldnt  carry on a conversation because, and it doesnt help when you are socially incapable,

I know this feel. I wonder what on earth I was doing before, during, and after each set. Difference was, I made NO gains at all after 3-4 years of gymcelling. Good thing I quit. Going made me feel WORSE. Not better :'(

That's not how it works. You'll lose your gains if you do that. You have to keep up the same intensity with the same weights to keep your size. Lose strength = lose size.

Your body is amazing at adapting. If you're muscular and you start doing shittier workouts, your body will adapt to those workouts, as it doesn't need all of its current size anymore.
 
Its better to be depressed and muscular than depressed and a skinny twig.

Nuclei doesn't give a shit about your current size. It makes it easier to gain your size back once you've lost it, but if your workload and resistance is too low, you'll lose muscle, doesn't matter if you have some extra nuclei.

If you do 20 pullups and 50 dips a week, you'll eventually look like a guy who does 20 pullups and 50 dips a week; if you don't work out, you'll eventually look like a guy who doesn't work out. Your body will adapt to fit your current situation. It won't hold on to 20 lbs extra muscle if it doesn't need it.

Yeah, I've heard it too but it is a haircut and it is too trivial to care about. Also I don't think it's haram anymore, the reason it was is because back then as Muslims we didn't have an identity, and emulating the kafirs was considered haram. We had to create our own identity. But now that we have it, I believe such ideas are outdated. But yeah I feel you. I am also unmotivated and lazy.
