This 23 year old male has been saving up for six years to fund a leg-lengthening operation, to increase his height from 5'6" to 5'10".

Nobody just decides to a life-changing operation like that unless his personal life has really been fucked because of it.

To save that amount of money in 6 years is no easy feat, the guy has to have been good at working with people or talented in some way. So clearly nothing is wrong with him personally.

However, because of his life experiences, he is convinced that the only way he can be better with women is to be taller, because that's very likely what women have told him.

5’10” is above the threshold for dateable, even in the west. Visible to most women since you’re not comically small.. Second, if it’s true that the surgery has gotten so advanced that there is a low risk of side effects/not being able to walk, then what’s the problem? you run the possibility of sides with any cosmetic implant too. Targeting shorter women won’t work since it’s about height relative to other guys. And just uprooting your entire life and moving to a different country, learning their language, etc isn’t a practical option for most people.

LL is a no brainer if you have the money, run low risk of sides, and if 2-4 inches of height will change your life.
