How I can Use My Creepiness To Keep Families With Children From Moving Into My Building

Looking creepy has its advantages. I don't want young kids running around on the floor on top of me. I don't want to hear babies crying. I don't want teenage girls bringing their criminal boyfriends around. So when prospective tenants with children come to my building, all I have to do is just stand outside. Mothers won't want their children around me. I don't have to anything; but of course, it helps if I wear a trench coat, wide brim hat, pair of binoculars and have an 8" bulge in my pants when the kids pass by.
