285lb x 1 max in August. Am hoping to get to 290 before October ends.
 
Don't know about bench pressing, but I can do a proper set of one arm push-ups, so probs around 80kg, then again I'm 60kg...
 
I could just about bench 118 pounds [53kg] when I last tried. So not much.
 
3x10 for 25kg each side

Never tried 1 rep max.
 
80kg which is pretty good for my frame ngl, i can lift 3 knajjds or 2 blacktarpills
 
I don’t bench press tbh, but I do exercise.
 
Last time I bench pressed it was 225 lb for 6 reps (estimated 260 lb 1 rep max), but I've only been doing dumbbell bench for the last year.
 
I can do 160 lbs.(72.57478kg) for 10 reps. This is with dumbells.
 
The better the bench, the "bigger" the manlet.
 
There is some legitimacy to this. At the very least the bigger the bench the shorter the arms certainly.

Lanklets can have a good one too but with much more effort needed
 
After more than 1.5 years of intense training I only lift 10 KG on both side of barbell. JFL at me.

I got to 225 like every other gymcel loser and then stopped trying because I'm framecel and no gym for face and height.
 
I'm doing 40Kg with 6 repetition with 15 times each

I think if I would go for less repetitions I could do easily 80kg
 
I only do body weight exercises.
 
Quit benching to just focus on losing weight faster. I was able to do 60 x 9. Calorie deficit made benching feel like shit.

5 or 7,5kg on each side depending on the day. Ive been trying to increase it for months but no success
 
I’m strong but can’t bench much at all due to pain in shoulders.
