Just curious on how well my boys are sleeping
I'm a nervous person. I take time to sleep and use to wake up earlier. I definetly need better sleep to functionHeadaches and brainfog all day due to not getting healthy sleep.
I do super hardcore sleep hygiene, meditate every day, work out every day, eat healthy ... sometimes taking sleeping pills. But nothing helps, really.
