How often do you drink or do drugs?

Drugs: I smoked marihuana but it had not much positive effect on my mindset. I also tried psychotropic seeds which gave me an EGO death sort of experience hard to explain it but it's like once in a year

Alcohol: last time I drank more than a few bears was in summer.
