--Cosmetic surgeries available that will practically fix most failos. From jaw surgery to steroids to almond eye surgery etc. Most of this not available a few decades ago. let alone 300 years ago.

-- Globalisation allows you to travel abroad for competitive prices. No longer a luxury for the elite.

-- Access to the internet which allows you to learn and discuss your journey.

-- Stigma for male plastic surgeries the lowest its been.

Worst Time

---Competition on looks the highest its ever been thanks to social media and hypergamy

---Feminism skewing the tables in favour of females
