Okay, so for the last few months I have had issues with my erections. It's not that I have erectile dysfunction, I can get an erection, the problem is that it doesn't get as erect as it used to be. It's almost like it stays half-flaccid whereas in the past, it could get rock-hard.

Another issue, which must be directly connected to this, is the fact that the vein in the front of my penis has gotten significantly smaller/thinner. At the same time, a vein appears at the top (not on the head but the area which you would see first when looking at your dick) whenever I get an erection, as if the main vein of my penis has kind of split into two separate ones. Also, the veins feel very 'hard' when my dick is flaccid.

I was sure that it was just going to go away on its own but it's not and I'm quite scared that this is going to be a permanent issue. As for the cause, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with me lying on my stomach when I go to bed which may have damaged the main vein somehow. Most people would assume that chronic masturbation is the cause but I have actually been fapping less for the last half a year or so, before that I fapped on a daily basis and never got this kind of stuff.

So yeah, does anyone have an idea of how I can fix this? I don't want to go to the doctor and show him my dick.

Nofap and go to your doctor before too late, trust me boyo

i had same like half year ago, stopped fapping for a while and then everything was okay again

Have you ever been tested for sleep apnea?

Nitric oxide is the main chemical/hormone/whatever its called in our body that determines the strength of our erections and possibly our libido as well (not sure about the libido part) but anyway when we get proper oxygen while we sleep either because we are completely healthy as humans with no issues or we have sleep apnea and get tested and then get on a CPAP machine our body then is able to produce or provide us with the proper amount of nitric oxide for rock hard erections.

I was amazed at the strength of the hard on I had as well the sex dream I also had featuring porn whore MILF Lisa Ann when I had an overnight sleep study done at my local hospital and had the CPAP machine properly set up (titrated) for my pressure setting which was a high number 14.

My erections before CPAP were more often than not like you describe yours as now OP.

After CPAP therapy my hard on was damn near like I was 17 again in it's strength and intensity.

I'm late 30's now.

Also my bringing up the porn whore dream is significant not because I had a sex dream about a porn whore, but rather for something I haven't explained to you all as of yet, which is I believe my sleep apnea had gotten so bad, it was causing me not to have any dreams at all, so having a dream during my all night sleep study about anything, was just as awesomely significant as having the powerful hard on/erection that I had afterwards I thought.

Interesting. I have never been tested for something like that, I did suffer from horrible insomnia for a very long time.
Still, even if that would be the cause for the weak erections, it doesn't explain the issues with my veins.

Have you tested for hiv and chlamydia? If not I'd advise you to do so as soon as possible

Not suggesting you are a senior citizen by any stretch of the imagination heh, but I can't help but wonder if your vein issues are similar to how senior citizens/older people via the aging process have their skin perhaps shrink on their hands which then reveals bulging veins underneath?

What I'm basically getting at is maybe you've always had veins that looked that way but you just couldn't see them until now?

Perhaps growing older/growing up has simply gradually caused your skin to slightly shrink in that area similar to old people's hands and now you can see what perhaps was always there all along?

Note: I understand you've said one of the veins has seemed to shrink but maybe thats just a strange effect of the shrinkage heh, process??
