As you know, I make many posts about depression, about finding everything pointless and boring. About having no activities that I find fun or interesting so I just rot in bed watching sitcoms and browsing the internet. And about how I can't even play games cause I uninstall them after a few minutes.

Well, I think I finally have a tip. It won't get you over your depression but it will make you comfy. If you are like me and you find nothing interesting or fun, if nothing seems to give you the dopamine you crave, if you uninstall games and give up on things easily.

Here's the tip: have a lot of options. Install a lot of games, don't delete any of them if they're not genuinely shit. Install good-rated games and don't uninstall them no matter what. Have like 20 games installed, if your hard drive isn't that big just install high quality indie games like I do. Other than that, browse r/moviesuggestions and the equivalent for TV or anime.

And here's what you do: play a game for however long your attention span/energy/interest that are limited by depression allows you. 5 minutes? Fine, play for 5 minutes but don't uninstall the game. Once you're tired of the game, quickly throw yourself at another activity. Maybe another one of the games you have installed, you do have like 20 after all. With the variety of games it's much easier to have at least a little bit of fun. Don't want games? Watch a movie, or anime, or TV show. If you can only watch it for 5 minutes, that's fine, browse some websites intermittently, but at least have the option of many games installed.

Anyway, lastly: https://lookmovie.ag/ and https://igg-games.com/pc-games-igg-list.html for movies and games respectively, all free.

TLDR: Install a bunch of highly rated games, don't uninstall them no matter what, watch a lot of movies and TV intermittently. Doesn't matter if you can only play stuff for 5 minutes, have them installed.

How do you store it all? And if you keep AAA games on an HDD instead of SSD, are the loading times acceptable?

Brutal brainDDOSpill.

Yes . I think it depends on free ram availability. I set cpu priority to the application. And today most hdd run pretty fast anyways. A delay of 30sec is no major problem. But yeah someday I will get a M.2.

Haha, great observation, that's essentially what it is.
I actually do that myself sometimes. Surround myself with projects and stuff I like to do to the point that my mind cannot think of anything else. When my mind is occupied like that is the only time I'm not depressed and suicidal.

Good tip. I suffer from depression aswell and your advices might help. However, right now, I prefer to spend my time on a variety of subjects such as philosophy, logic, biology, politics, psychology, etc. You should the same, it's enlightening. The more you spend time on subject X/Y, the more you will discover the absolute truth of the human being, life and existence. As an incel, you should gain as much knowledge as possible. Knowledge is power.

Yea that's what I try to do. Jump back and forth between games and youtube videos to keep preoccupied.
Only works for a few days though. I'd say about 5 days out of the week. Always 2 days where I'm just absolutely in the dumps and just rot in my bed. some delicious teen pussy would rectify that but alas here i am posting again

Why that one in particular
It's pirated porn, stuff from popular paywalled sites put up there.

I think human beings are always supposed to be occupied, I think that's just how our brain works tbh.

Very well said, smartcel. I hope you overcome your depression or at least manage to be comfy and not feel it as much.

Not too bad, 5 days a week of relative comfiness is pretty good. Hope you can get it up to at least 6, maybe do something special on the weekends? Some sport or something? But if you're like me I understand, barely any energy for even getting out of bed.

Just get an external hdd. I use a 5tb external. Even with all my games installed I still have 3tb left for more. No issues with load times either. Main drive on my pc is a ssd tried my games on it noticed no difference between the two.

Damn, that is a good idea. But I just checked and this country is fucking me yet again. Not enough that we make like $300 a month on average before taxes, but prices for tech are just ridiculous. 1TB chinese off-brand external HDDs cost like $70 wtf. That's for brands like "Transcend" and "Apacer" wtf.

That sucks. Don't know how you guys can even manage with 300 a month, I hated my life 1000x more when I was making 300 a week I cant even imagine that in a month.

Well, rent costs less so people manage.

Anyway, it's really weird how pricy these tiny little things are in shitty countries. I guess they slap on a lot of tax and a lot of markup.

How much did you pay for your HDD if you don't mind me asking?

Think around 120

I tried doing that but it just didn't work for me

Thanks fella. I hope you'll overcome your depression too.

Huge TB usb mechanical drive for your videos, pictures & games to be installed, m2 for os & regular ssd for games.

Stop uninstalling games lol.

It's cheaper to get a bunch of smaller capacity hard drives than one hugest 1.

Good job with the sites lists guys.
