I have hazel but it only shows under certain lighting, in fact i couldn't get a good picture on camera in the mirror it almost looks green when i shine light on my eyes.

It just looks brown, you can't tell it's hazel unless you get very close and shine light on it.

5'3 (or 5'4 i'm not too sure) i'm around 163 to 164.

My face is just weird looking, bad skull, and i have subhuman voice and obviously height.

You can change your eye color. If you got bronze eyes then you can change it to another shade of bronze but a more pleasant one and it will be 100% passable for your own nobody will ever be able to tell the difference even up close unless they literally stare into your eye.

If you want to go more risky you can change your eye color entirely too to something else like blue or green. I just posted this in the other thread:

If you change it to some other one though like bronze -> blue people will be able to tell pretty easily I reckon. Though not sure tbh. Maybe not.
