Basically that unless something happens before then. All life would be dead by then anyway and all humans dead well before that.

WTSHTF , you will have less than 25% chance to make another 5 years.

If you make it past that you will some really cool things along with some horrible things.

But azz you know stuff can get really ugly where large percentage of world pop or a country pop get decimated in a few years.
Black plague, zulu war, taiping rebellion, polpot cambodian etc...
