Technically it´s correct and probably an average distribution, but you have still to factor the individual´s build in the calculation. Getting down at 12% body fat is difficult to maintain throughout the year. :feelsbadman:

But 15% os doable. Even 16% will look ok. 17-21% is pretty average tough unless your over 50.

22-26% is overweight
27-29 obese / borderline obese
30%+ obese

15% is doable with effort for some individuals, but I agree on the majority of the cases. I also take in account that people use food to cope and this might be an obstacle in reaching that goal, especially if this produces no validation/results from femoids.
 
My goal is 155lbs by August at 182cm or 5'11.5". This would put me at around 13-15% body fat. Then I'm going to bulk slightly or recomp until I'm 10% bf and around 155-160lbs.
I'm escaping the chubby/skinnyfat hell by August.

I currently weight 177lbs or 80.5kg. My bf% is around 20-23%, maybe even 25%. I weighed 190lbs a few months ago and I looked very fat.

I always thought it was fucking retarded how the mainstream society narrative was “poor women are forced to be so thin by society’s standards” when it’s actually the EXACT FUCKING OPPOSITE. Men are the ones who are expected to be extremely lean, not women.

I have to sacrifice and not eat tasty things, go hungry, and train hard to even try and shoot lower.

For what? Like I do it because I like the challenge, but is it really worth it when the SMP is so skewed?

Recomping is a huge meme and a waste of time; you just stay the same forever, especially with incel genetics. Bulking without gaining at least enough fat to keep your bf% roughly the same isn't doable unless you're on drugs, and chances are your bf% will go up a bit after a while even when you're good and consistent about it.

You are right. Women have more leeway in "acceptable bodyfat" levels. They can be 14% right up to 29% to be bangable to most men. Thats 15% leeway. (women shouldn't be below 14% as it can disrupt their period)

Men have to be in that 9% > 15% range to be ideal. With a healthy amount of muscle built up on top. Thats only 6% bodyfat leeway.

It really isn't worth it being a 7-day gymcel that lives and sleeps a military precision diet and workout regime. Its the most tardy cope ever. And I find hardcore gymcels tend to be the most horrible/assholey of men. They act gay as well.

Just work out one 90 min session a week like Mike Mentzer did. Keep you diet clean for 6 days, have a treat on one day of the week.
