This is quite a rabbit hole I fell into this summer as I learned about sexual aneuploïdies. It almost made me lose my mind. Doctors know about it all, and they know female nature.

Like, there is a female chromosomal variant, called syndrome XXX. Females like that look normal, just slightly less intelligent and taller. But also, they have a higher genital sensibility. I made the connection with the "XXX" symbol often used in the pornographic industry, the idea being that those females are natural born sluts. And then there is the XYY syndrome...

I then imagined medicine students having some kind of ritual where they try to guess their own caryotype before observing it.

Careful only a true medical diagnosis can determine if you have Klinefelter Syndrome based on body shape or behaviour alone. Usually plain old Endomorphic somatotype is the most likely culprit.

You could just be a wide hipped subhuman (skinny fat or Endomorphic hips with Ectomorphic shoulder hybrid) with autism and still not have Klinefelters. i actually went to my GP. and they confirmed you can't diagnose on bodyshape alone.
