I did my first workout in months yesterday I'm sore but I feel good.
Doesn't have to be done all at once, just within the same dayBetter to skip that part out and if not limit to 3km. Also just jogging not running as both still jar your lower back spine but not as much as running will which is bad if done constantly. Lastly to jog on soft surfaces if possible.
