Ill start today, lets see how I do :feelsokman:

I used to do 200 situps daily back when i did wrestling back in 9nth grade. It gets you fit but running is more important

Just be One Punch Man theory.

Am a weakling so don't have the strength to do those.

I cant run because my face is red, but Ill do some static bicycle at home :feelsokman:

Go for it bro, we will be here tomorrow to check your progress.
I did my first workout in months yesterday I'm sore but I feel good.

Sounds good. Only makes a difference if you stay consistent

Won’t help once an incel always an incel

good luck, rise above the rest

I may be able to do that many situps and squats, but definitely not that many pushups.

You'll end up all rake thin and fucked unless you have some kind of diet plan.

Shouldn't you also run ten miles or something?

You forgot the 10km run bro

Better to skip that part out and if not limit to 3km. Also just jogging not running as both still jar your lower back spine but not as much as running will which is bad if done constantly. Lastly to jog on soft surfaces if possible.

Doesn't have to be done all at once, just within the same day

I give up bros, I wont do it. Maybe in a few months

that kind of easy , the real workout is the Murph , after a dead Navy Seal lieutenant

1 mile run, then 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run
if you finish should take about 40/45 minutes

the running done in 20 minutes, then 20 sets of 5/10/15 should be good.

I cant do that shit. I did 100 sit ups yesterday and now my back hurts

I did like 25 squats (with about the same amount of situps and pushups) about a week ago and my legs were aching for days

isn't this possible bad for your back if your core muscles are out of balance?

I remember Pavel Tsatsouline talking about doing isometrics first before tugging on your spine with your hip flexors like that OP

After giving up did you try any other exercise routines Zang?

Sit-ups from the ground are terrible and archaic. There are much better alternatives to develop your abdominals, such as hanging leg raises.

One way ticket to joint impingement.

You should also do planks, and pullups/chinups if you have a place to do them. I just started doing planks this morning. They're fucking brutal. I have absolutely no abdominal strength cause I either sit on my ass or lay down all day.

I do those, plus leg raises while lying on back on floor, and also these:
Hang

I bet this would be interesting to try too:

Foid

I have a decline bench for crunching but it's not long enough to try this. Seems like a good compromise between the two angles.

@zangano1 how have things progressed? are you a Chad like Mister Finster now?

I do pushups every day
