While wageslaving today i streched my muscle in my left arm. Ever sinse then i feel horrible pain. I already took 3 painkillers but i'm still suffering. I was suppose to work tommorow as well but i told my boss i can't and the cunt bitched af me. My levels of rage are getting bigger and bigger.

Did you try ibuprofin OP?

Tylenol + ibuprofin together should knock down most pain unless the pain is so intense it requires narcotics to get rid of.

Anyway the reason is that Tylenol is primarily a pain killer and ibuprofen is primarily an anti inflammatory drug.

Yeah they both do a bit of the other's speciality but again their primary functions are as I just stated which is why they work best in tandem.
