God damn seriously this is what I was told in a job training class yesterday. Fuck this gay earth. Funny thing is I dont hate other people but they seem to hate me and find me boring. I actually enjoy talking to other people. There's more to this than just sex. They are DEMONIZING the word introvert. Yeah. It's OVER

The thing is, competence matters less and less these days. Most jobs can be done by any regular person with a reasonably functioning brain. As a result, what matters most is sociability and more generally the fact that you're the kind of person people enjoy being around. And in the eyes of women, that usually means being good looking and talkative.

oh yeah. You're supposed to lie about your entire application for jobs. I learned the hard way. You have to say you're this outgoing party goer easy going type or you won't even get hired at McDonald's.

I remember in school how they all went on about how cool and great it is to be an introvert, but then in the real world that's a horrible trait to have

This past week I had an interview. I doubt I got it. My interviewers were a man in late middle age, a gradnma, and a slightly-past-the-wall-but-still-attractive femoid. I'm confident I was very knowledgeable regarding the necessary skills (they nodded their heads at some of my answers) but I know my awkward demeanor and relatively short answers fucked up my chances. It's very likely the position will be given to super-confident-Johnny-On-The-Spot Chad-lite or a pretty & highly extraverted roastie.

Pretty true about places not wanting autists.

Every job I had that required me to work as a team ended in the same result. (bullying, ostracizing, virgin shaming, bullying etc)
 
I am NEET, I apply for jobs but they don't want Autists, they always say on their ads that you must have great communication skills. I usually get fired from jobs because I don't socialise with Co workers which is fine, I don't mind getting fired as I don't want to work in the first place.
 
If you're an introvert or autist with poor social skills, you have to spin many plates during an interview. You have to maintain healthy eye contact, emulate a normal person's body language, avoid a monotonous tone and modify your language to the point where you sound like a corporate press release. You've spent nearly all of your mental bandwidth making a conscious effort to project yourself like a normal person, but what have you got left for actually answering the questions, let alone beating out the competition?

Employment advisors have agreed with me whenever I have mentioned this. The social fit is king. They don't have any solutions other than "just keep trying bro", though.

I had to fill in a personality test for a job. I basically answered honestly and they said im not fit.

90% jobs require you to be an extrofag

Dont see how this isnt discrimination but whatever. Should at least give us bux if they're not gonna and give us jobs
 
Which is why I always find the alt-right stuff here puzzling. We need less nepotism, not more. Seniority, test scores, hourly production, etc - concrete numerical things that can't be "good ol' boy/girl"ed.

While this will raise your chances of getting a job, it doesn't deal with anything after the fact. Autism can be masked for so long.

If any job you get is not solitary as an autist, you will have to deal with bullshit from your co-workers. It's inevitable. And companies will always side with the normies over an autist.

Yup. Add on to that not being able to get a job in your field for many years precisely because of all these reasons, and then you have to explain why you've been flipping burgers at McDonalds instead of working and getting experience in your field. It's a vicious negative cycle that autists are pushed into without remorse, and we're expected to rise up against staggering odds, or shut up and die in a corner.
 
Not NT people, autists, and extremely introverted people should be given free money
