Serious is long midface a death sentence?

I feel like I've seen men with long faces that look really good tbh. However, my long midface and bad facial width to height ratio always get pointed out on rateme subs. I also have a gay alien skull and none of these flaws can be fixed with surgery. It's over.

It doesn't help, but a white horse face with hunter eyes, good jaw and chin and hairline and good height will mog a non horse face deathnic balding short trucel

I have a similar face shape to Keanu Reeves, except he's obviously more handsome than me (facial harmony, symmetry, hair, eyes, etc.).
