I used to weigh 102 kg (225 pounds) when I was 15, I lost 21 kg from 2016 to 2017 yet I didn't got a decent body. Tons of scars and stretch marks around it, clearly not the results I expected.

I think that without the proper genes you'll have an amorphous body with loose skin, at least that's my case and the case of some gymcels.
 
It depends, sometimes staying fat can be better visa versa.
 
if you have an ugly face and you're a framecel then you should aim to be fat, at least then you'll look slightly more intimidating.

You still want to be thin even if you have 0 chance at meeting a girl. When you are fat its uncomfortable, just moving around you are heavy, and you have less energy. Also if you do go something like playing floor hockey with some guys, you are the fat slow guy.
 
My jawline looks worse when I'm skinny. But I get a lot fat around my neck if I'm too fat. There's balance somewhere.

Chances are we are all bagel guys in denial on this forum, short fat endomorphs.

So in other words an Endomorph will never look like a Calvin Klein model due to short limbs, slow metobolism, high endancy to store and keep fat, exercise can actually make you gain weight (as surplus calories for muscle gain add more fat, throwing gasoline on the bonfire).

the thing is though: you wont know if you have a good bone structure unless you have low enough body fat % for it to show in the first place. so losing weight is worth it. even if you do end up looking like shit you will still be healthier

a- ideal for males and an achievement if you endomorphic (naturally fat with a slow metabolism)
b- rare as most men are 20%-40% bodyfat with obesity being common amongst populations (don't have the stats or percentages)

I did this literally starving myself while working hard manual labour during summer heat.

The result was I still had a fucked up shoulder to waist ratio and my wide hip bone looked disproportionate and I still had a pear physique.
Which is why sports science stresses that.

If you're not going to ER or rope anytime soon, yeah it helps a lot. before you do something like that just go wild smoking and doing drugs. all the shit you couldn't do before hand.

but less weight helps with depression and lets you sleep better. Prevents you from having to take shit liek blood pressure meds. Overall just improves the quality of your life. Same as giving up on porn(but not giving up on fapping). Keeping that weight on for extra years jsut makes the 20 years you got left(if that) more miserable. less wieght allows ya to do some good cope stuff like gaming, hobbies, hiking, ect

I guess these categories aren't lifetime ones though, because how you described endomorphs seems like how most people age. Neil DeGrasse Tyson was jacked and slim when young, like a fit ectomorph, and now is a blob like an endo. If the body shapes are related to hormones and metabolism, it would make sense to deteriorate with age.

I gave up after I realised that as soon as you stop eating anything other than salad, mineral water you put it all straight back on.

I went on holiday and only had a small main course during meals out. My skinnier high metabolism relatives had starters, larger platter mains, desert and "afters" and 3 times the amount of alcohol I drank.

They went home skinnyfat I went home with a beachball stomach despite my calorie deficit.

Thus is the reality of an Ednomorphic genetic type vs Ectomorphs and Mesomorphs.
 
Endomorphs usually aren't desired by foids. It is the most incel somatype from my experience. I would hate to be pure Borreby.

Endomorphs can be either androgenic or non-androgenic. What they share is compact geometry (low surface area/volume ratio) and low metabolisms for energy conservation (developed during the upper paleolithic period to conserve energy during poverty). The androgenic ones make great powerlifters and the non-androgenic ones are often nerds and neckbeards with small dicks (but rarely high achieving men).
