However there aren't any Japcels on this forum that I'm aware of. I've heard that there are actual Japanese Incel forums that do exist? Does anyone know what the culture is in those? Has anyone ever lurked on one of those forums or have a link? It'd be really interesting to analyze Japanese incel forums because Japanese hypergamy is basically the future of the west.

That's just because of bandwidth and the extent of the English language. English is spoken worldwide so it makes sense for English sites to be available everywhere while Japanese is only spoken in Japan. Anyone from the west accessing a Japanese BBS is most likely there just to lurk or shitpost so most of them just block foreign IPs to save the space. 4chan itself blocked Japanese IPs for around a decade for this very reason.

not regulated, "closed" as in keeping things within themselves. the overwhelming majority of other countries tend to use the top popular websites even if they're foreign (facebook, instagram, youtube, etc). japs just make their own sites and tend to favor them (not saying that it's bad or anything, just an observation)
