Prior to the Arab invasions, the northern coast of Africa was often included as a part of Europe. There are still people living in that part of the world who have very white-like phenotypes who do not have strong genetic ties back to the other side of the sea. The ruling dynasty of Egypt was for a time a Greek family. How is this surprising?

All humans are somewhat related because of origin of humans. We all have the same father/ mother of origin. If you're a christcel, it's Adam and Eve.
