Venting lately iv been feeling lonely as fuck

its like... shit man.
i always felt kinda lonely but now i really feel it, its fucked up.
my dad is on vacation, my cat died and my mom leaves home often.
i want to LDAR but the feeling of loneliness distracts me from vidya and shit.

everyone around me is so uptight and anal about everything.. people changed man.. im pretty sure people used to be more open and welcoming but now its like you have to act like a nazi to people you don't know.. whatever im rambling too much.

I’ve also noticed it.
We often repeat what is evidence itself, but a thought provocations/self reflection post always put me in a good mood.

It’s hard but your feeling is perfectly normal.
I know you will take it as bullshit, but try to stop whatever you are doing and think to yourself:
-what can I do right now ? (Clean, study, take a walk)
-should I do it ? (Yes or no)
-even if you don’t like it, do it. Muster your guts and just go do whatever you had to do

You’ll be distracted from your isolation for 30 minutes perhaps
