Any of you guys experience ED or generally a diminished sex drive purely from "negative thoughts" and depression?

It's not complete ED, just unable to reach 100% like when I was a young or holding what I have for long. (For context I'm 30 y/o, non-smoker, normal weight)

I was told by a doctor that in my case depression is the most likely cause.
The other suspect was my low T, but after a period of 3 months and taking 8000 IU of vitamin D it shot up by 40%, well in the normal range now, yet I don't feel much different, other than acne getting worse.
I also take SSRIs, 5 mg of paroxetine which according to the doc *shouldn't* affect my libido at those amounts.

I began escortmaxxing some months ago, like a week after my 30th birthday and I read ED is more common among men who start late.

Anybody got some experience in this regard or finding something that helps with virility?

I have one more test to go, wiener sonography to see if the blood vessels are maybe damaged.

(Why would one want to be horny? I think getting hornier might give me more energy for rolling my boulder up hill.)

Yup. Same as ye. I think i should get oneif these weiner sonographies done

fuck you graycel

I think i have a high sex drive. I coom a lot so that’s probably why. Although i lack a diagnosis, I suspect i might have depression. But i do not think it has had any impact on my sex drive and I definitely dont have ed.

Brutal if true

Update: Just had the wiener sonography done.

Wiener and balls are fine. Hormone levels are fine. Neither diabetes or heart disease.
He said the only option left is psychogenic.

Now, how does someone in my situation get out of depression and fix that?

Don't listen to "it's all psychological" gaslighting doctors: if you're young, have normal testosterone levels and have ED, it's almost certainly venous leak. This shit is way more common than it's talked about.

Google says venous leaks are diagnosed using ultrasound just like what I had.
Is there some other method worth checking out if it missed it?

taking ssri is very bad

I don't know, I'm not very knowledgeable about it, I just had friends who had that. Doctors were all about the psychological shit with them but then they found out the real problem.

try eating the right food, exercising outdoors. all i got for you.
