We always have all those media portrayals where the bully is come 6'5 chad who shoves nerds into lockers.
But lets face it. The real world is a lot more than that. Especially these days when a lot of people don't even communicate with each other directly but use the internet/social media.
A lot of time bullies aren't 6'5 chads. A lot of times they are even foids etc. How the fuck do you let a foid bully you when you can deck her in the face easily?
Its simply. The system gives them the power and they are protected. Do you think some rich nerd or foid would dare act the same way if the system suddenly fell and it wasn't there to protect them?
This is one reason why bullies who are smart (aka at exploiting the system) grow up to be senior government officials and CEOs. Because at a young age they know how to exploit the system to step over others.
This contrasts with bullies who are dumb (aka use only their brute strength). Those guys rely solely on their own power and eventually that bites them in the ass. They'll probably get shot by a gangbanger or enough people team up to just get rid of him when older.
