Honeslty fuck my life, lost so much weight due to my fucking eating /digestion disorder ffs. I can never rest, no gf? OK no social life? OK no looks? OK but even my health? Why. What did I do to deserve this, my whole life I've been kind to people and always help, why do i suffer like a cancer patient? But seriously boyos is there way to rope from starvation and how long would it take?

Alcohol has a lot of calories if u like liqour or beer. You'll have to get protein, too tho.

Not sure to be honest, my grandpa is also very skinny. Maybe I inherited some kind of gene from him. Maybe food just processes itself faster or something, I don't know. Never been tested for that.

Overweight. Start walking/running, that's all it really takes, activity. Don't go to places such as Planet Fitness, just run in a park or park back and forth in your house/apartment.
